A Petition for Jail time for dog thieves.

This is a petition for better laws against dog theft.  Stealing dogs for ransom, fighting, or just selling the dog for cash, is a big problem in Texas and we need tougher laws against it.  A House Bill in Austin that would have given a dog thief a fine of up to $10,000.00 and or 18 months in jail, was drop for the second time.  The people we sent to Austin to help with our laws do not know how much we care about our dogs.  We need to send them a message that we care, so here is a petition to sign that I will send to Austin.    Please print out the petition and sign and mail it to;  2110 Irving Blvd.   Dallas, Texas  75207.    Thank you very much!

          

      My name is  ___________________________________________________  and I want tougher laws against stealing dogs.    The last HB-1102 that would have given dog thieves an up to $10,000 fine and or 18 months in jail, I think is appropriate for such a crime.  I care very much about my dog and want better protection from dog thieves in Texas.  I will vote yes the next time the bill comes up for a vote in 2013.
